By accessing or using UASOPS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is provided by Design-Build-Live, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), located at 50 West Main Street, Suite 3, Wardensville, WV 26851.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a department, agency, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
UASOPS is a web-based field operations mapping application designed for UAS/drone teams. The Service includes real-time GPS pin mapping, team coordination tools, and related features. Each subscribing department receives a dedicated subdomain and isolated data environment.
Access to the Service is managed through PIN-based authentication at three levels: Admin, User, and Viewer. The department administrator is responsible for managing PINs, access links, and team member access. We do not require personal accounts or email-based login.
You are responsible for keeping your access PINs secure and for all activity that occurs under your department's instance.
You agree not to:
Your department owns all data entered into the Service, including pins, notes, team rosters, drone information, and operation records. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We may access your data solely for the purpose of providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, or maintaining the Service, and only as necessary.
Data is stored using Firebase Realtime Database, hosted by Google Cloud. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Each department's data is isolated by tenant ID. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.
While UASOPS employs encryption in transit and tenant-level data isolation, the Service has not undergone formal CJIS compliance auditing. Departments handling Criminal Justice Information should evaluate whether UASOPS meets their specific compliance requirements. CJIS compliance is on our development roadmap.
Department administrators may request complete deletion of all department data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, all data associated with the department — including pins, operations, rosters, and configuration — will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. We are developing an in-app data deletion feature to allow administrators to perform this action directly.
We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
UASOPS is not a life-safety system and should not be relied upon as the sole means of communication or coordination during emergency operations.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
During the beta period, the Service is provided at no cost. Post-beta pricing and payment terms will be communicated directly to participating departments before any charges apply.
Either party may terminate the Service at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are violated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design-Build-Live, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of operations, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hardy County, West Virginia.
